Accounting Ministry

This ministry handles all the assembly’s billings, expenditures, deposits and bookkeeping.

Bread and Wine Ministry

This ministry brings and prepares the bread and grape juice for each Sunday worship service.

Bulletin Ministry

This ministry creates and develops the weekly bulletin for the Sunday service.

Chair Set-Up Ministry

This ministry assures that the chairs are set-up after the worship service.

Chairperson of the Month Ministry

This ministry assures the smooth flow of the Sunday service by closing out the worship time in prayer, prompting the saints to be seated for the announcement and praise time, dismissing Sunday School, and introducing the speaker.

Child Training Ministry

This ministry provides training in childrearing by using Biblical precepts.

Food Ministry

This ministry oversees that food and refreshments are provided for church functions.

Marriage Counseling Ministry

This ministry instructs, teaches and encourages other couples by using God’s Word and other related materials.

Men’s Meeting Facilitator Ministry

This ministry assures that the WCF Men’s Meeting is run in an orderly and timely fashion.

Men’s Meeting Minutes Ministry

This ministry records the minutes of the Men’s Meeting.

Mercy Ministry

This ministry sends cards, fruit baskets or flowers to encourage those who are sick, hospitalized or grieving.

Missions Liaison Ministry

This ministry serves as the liaison between the local assembly and missionaries.

Music Ministry

This ministry provides music for Sunday morning service and other events.

Music Book Ministry

This ministry provides the black books for the worship services, prayer meetings and any other functions where they will be required.

Nursery Ministry

This ministry supervises the small children in our assembly during Sunday mornings and prayer meetings.

Openers/Closers Ministry

This ministry reminds the brothers who opening/closing Sunday morning and oversees that all those responsibilities are being fulfilled.

Outreach Ministry

This ministry educates the saints on how to reach out to the lost.  To provide outreach functions for the saints in order to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Chain Ministry

This ministry serves as the contact person for anyone in the assembly who has an urgent prayer request and to activate the prayer chain.

Schedule of Speakers Ministry

This ministry schedules throughout the course of the year those who will be speaking on Sunday mornings.

Small Group Leader Ministry

This ministry leads and shepherds a mid-week small group in a home for fellowship, Bible teaching and prayer.

Sound Equipment Ministry

This ministry assists in the set-up and take down of all the sound equipment.

Sunday School Ministry

This ministry teaches the principles and values of God’s Word to the children each Sunday morning.

Tape Ministry

This ministry tapes each Sunday’s message.

Tracts Ministry

This ministry provides gospel literature for those witnessing or evangelizing.

Visiting Speaker Hospitality Ministry

This ministry provides dinner and fellowship in a home atmosphere for traveling speakers.

Visiting Speaker Thank You Card Ministry

This ministry mails a thank you card to each visiting speaker.

Water for Speaker Ministry

This ministry provides a cold beverage for the speaker each Sunday morning before he delivers the message.

Web Site Ministry

This ministry provides a website that allows an open forum for the saints and visitors to fellowship and share information via the computer.  Also, to provide a website that can inform others browsing the web to learn about WCF.
